2006-2009       Animation Collective, New York , NY     
Storyboard Supervisor/Artist.  Using Flash MX, worked as a storyboard supervisor, storyboard artist, layout artist, and animator on multiple projects now airing on the Nicktoons Network, BBC and other international stations. As storyboard supervisor, worked closely with directors, art directors and producers to enusre clear and effective communication with the board team, with a concentration on style, shot direction and acting. Ability to work quickly and efficiently on tight deadlines both individually and in team situations.

2003-2009       Soup 2 Nuts, Watertown, MA     
Freelance Artist.  Using Flash MX, worked as a character designer, storyboard artist and animator.  Worked on numerous projects for the Cartoon Network, BET, Oxygen, FOX, PBS, NBC, and Scholastic , including the Emmy Winning "Word Girl" and the Emmy Nominated "Time Warp Trio".  Collaborated effectively with Art Directors, fellow Animators, Storyboard Artists, and character designers.  Ability to work quickly, efficiently and meet deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects.

Storyboard Supervisor. Worked closely with the director and my board team to create the animatic for Eloise's latest direct to DVD feature length adventure for Handmade Films.

Storyboard Artist. Worked on the first season of Three Delivery, now airing on the Nicktoons Network.

Storyboard Artist, Layout Artist and Animator. Worked as a board artist on the first season of Speed Racer: The Next Generation, now airing on the Nicktoons Network. Was also asked to assist with layout and animation for the series premiere.

Character Designer, Storyboard Artist, Animator. Chosen to work closely with art director to design the characters and the over all look for the 30 second demo for Miramax’s animated sequel to Ella Enchanted.

Character Designer. Chosen to work closely with the Art Director and Creator to develop character designs for the entire cast.

2003                ‘Home Movies’   

Storyboard Artist and Animator. Worked on the fourth season for the Cartoon Network.

Animator. Contributed to the third season for the BET and the Oxygen Network.

2003                ‘Bombaloo’ 

Animator, Clean up Animator. Worked closely with the Art Director, and Creator to adapt the children’s book “Bombaloo” to animation for Scholastic.

2001-2003       TV Pilot, ‘Dawn Patrol’   

Storyboard Artist, Lead Animator, Layout Artist, and Character Designer. Created storyboards and layouts for multiple scenes. Served as Lead Animator for the ‘Kid Kelp’ character and many others.  Assisted with the designs of existing characters and designed new characters for the series. Also ensured all scenes where on model.

2001                Scholastic CD-Rom, ‘Clifford The Big Red Dog Learning Activities   

Ink and Paint. Used Adobe Photoshop to digitally color hand drawn animation art that was scanned into the computer.

2000                ‘Paul Bowles Documentary’    

Animation, Clean up, Animation, and Character Design. Ensured all scenes where on model, and produced concept work.

1999                ‘Daniel the Day Dreaming Mouse’   

Ink and Paint. Painted cells by hand.

 

1998                Scholastic ‘One Zillion Valentines’   

Clean up Animation, Ink and Paint. Worked closely with Art Director and Animators to clean up multiple scenes. Painted cells by hand.

 

SKILLS:

 

Animation:  Macromedia Flash MX, Macromedia Flash 5, Very comfortable using a Wacom Tablet, Crater Animation, Adobe After Effects 5.0, Maya 7.0, Adobe Premiere, Sound Forge 5.0, Pencil Test Deck, Steinback editing, Junior Oxberry.

 

Computer:  Comfortable with both Mac and PC platforms, Dreamweaver MX, Adobe Go Live!, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, Word.

 

Production:  In both studios became the “go to” person for the most difficult assignments and brought them to completion on time and high quality.
